Traffic in Seattle peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Fred and T were amazing I came in for a tire installation and had a really solid experience overall. The team was professional from the moment I walked in, and they made the whole process quick and straightforward. They took the time to explain what they were doing, made sure everything was mounted and balanced correctly, and got me back on the road faster than I expected. What stood out the most was the customer service. Everyone was respectful, easy to talk to, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary stuff. They actually listened to what I needed and handled it right the first time, which is rare. The car drives smooth now with no vibration, and everything feels properly dialed in. Definitely a place I’d come back to for future work and recommend to others.

Brought my 2000 Estima - JDM(right hand drive) in to take a peak at the shop. Ended up finding some beautiful used OEM rav4 xle 19” hyper silvers. Quick and professional and even knocked the price down(cheaper than eBay.) Very happy with the results, thanks guys!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Seattle’s JE Wheels and Tires. I brought in my 2016 Audi A6 and they handled everything in one visit. They installed four new tires, did a full rotation and balance, completed an alignment, performed an oil change with a new oil plug, and even fixed my front bumper. What really stood out was the value and professionalism. The total came out to about $600 for all of that work, which is extremely reasonable for the Seattle area. The team worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. My car drives noticeably smoother now, the alignment feels solid, and the bumper repair came out great. I also want to give a special shout out to Eddy, the owner. He provided excellent service and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s rare to find a shop where the owner is that involved and focused on customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and efficient one-stop auto shop, I highly recommend Seattle’s JE Wheels and Tires. Let’s continue supporting local Seattle businesses that take pride in their work and treat customers right. — Omar Dakhil

Everyone was courteous and speedy, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. My vehicles were taken care of as if they were their own. My truck and sedan came out looking fresh off the showroom floor!!!

Great service and selection. Having a flat tire on I5 forced me off the road and I had the car towed to JE Tires. Even with a full slate of service appointments to handle, I was given immediate assistance and a new tire installed within 30 minutes. I can't say enough about the friendly staff and huge selection of tires and rims in stock. JE Tires is my new car repair shop.
